At paperwala (Kira Pioneers Pvt. Ltd.), customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide timely and reliable newspaper delivery services. However, in rare cases where service issues arise, we offer limited refunds as described below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You are charged but do not receive the newspaper for 3 consecutive days or more
- You cancel your subscription within 24 hours of placing the order
- You are billed incorrectly due to a system error
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- Delay or non-delivery due to natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Missed delivery due to locked gates, pets, or building restrictions
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after the missed service
4. Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions can be canceled via your account dashboard or by emailing us at support@paperwala.co.in
- Cancellations requested mid-month will be effective from the next billing cycle; no partial refunds will be issued
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be made to the original method of payment
- We may request additional details (order ID, date, etc.) for processing
